The Diocese of Gloucester is looking to recruit an administrator to join its friendly HR and Safeguarding Department, based in the heart of Gloucester.
The main focus of this role is to provide a high level of administrative support to the HR and Safeguarding Department, ensuring a customer focused approach to enquirers via telephone or email; and a warm welcome and excellent hospitality for visitors and colleagues.
The post holder will have a key role in the maintenance of records and all arrangements regarding safeguarding training, including communications and our website information. They will also be responsible for key practical aspects of our work, such as organising meetings, room bookings, supporting hospitality etc.
This is a part time role of 21 hours per week, working between our core hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday. The exact days and hours will be agreed with the successful candidate.
The role will be office-based within the diocesan offices at Church House, College Green, Gloucester during the induction and training period although if requested, a hybrid working arrangement will then be considered for the post holder.
