We are looking for a creative and experienced leader in the fields of historic buildings, resource and capacity planning, and pastoral reorganisation

Part time (17.5 hours per week) 

Band 2b £46,192 - £50,978 per annum (pro rata)

We are looking for a creative and experienced leader in the fields of historic buildings, resource and capacity planning, and pastoral reorganisation.

You’ll be able to lead and inspire a small, but highly professional staff team. You are a team player who will work strategically and collaboratively across the diocese and will help us to understand, and respond to, the challenges and contexts of our worshipping communities and their church buildings.

You will have excellent communications skills – written and verbal. You will have the ability to build partnerships and develop relationships and to report at strategic governance levels.

This is a key role within the organisation that will advise and support the diocese reimagine the structures of the Church of England to better enable mission and ministry.
