Can you provide outstanding administrative support?
The Bishop of Gloucester is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to provide outstanding administration and general support.
As no two days are ever the same, you will be a natural at keeping calm, confident and good-humoured while managing a complex diary, travel and itinerary arrangements, producing briefings, and gatekeeping and prioritising emails, calls and correspondence.
Working in a small, friendly team in the beautiful grounds of Gloucester Cathedral, you will be encouraged to bring your knowledge and ideas to create systems and processes that will ensure the smooth running of the Bishop’s Office and her diary.
This exciting role offers a wonderful opportunity to experience a wide range of responsibilities, meeting people from all walks of life, and supporting Bishop Rachel to live out her ministry both locally and nationally.
