The Diocese of Gloucester is looking for an Administrator to join its friendly team
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
Band 4: £33,863-£40,433 per annum
The Diocese of Gloucester is seeking to recruit an HR Advisor to work as a valued team member with the HR and Safeguarding Team.
We are a very busy, positive and `can do’ team and we get fully involved in the life and activities of the Cathedral and Diocesan staff teams.
Our successful candidate will champion a positive people management and development approach as well as providing quality, timely and effective HR advice and support to line managers, staff and parishes. In addition, it is essential that the post holder can demonstrate a sensitivity and a delicacy to offer people focussed solutions that meet the individual and unique circumstances of each case we care for.
This post will suit an HR professional, CIPD level 5 qualified who is confident in employment law and best practise, so that that they can offer advice to manage complex cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability, long term sickness, performance, change management etc) from beginning to end.
The role is a busy role with plenty of exciting and practical opportunities for the post holder to get involved with. It is essential that candidates are friendly, approachable and able to demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.
