The Diocese of Gloucester Academies Trust (DGAT) is advertising for a finance clerk to work as part of the central function of the multi-academy trust.
DGAT was set up ten years ago to be the natural home for any church school wanting, or needing, to join a multi-academy trust. DGAT is recognised as a popular, successful and growing MAT and there are currently 19 schools in the family. Eighteen of these schools are Church schools and one is a community school. The Trust is growing steadily with three or four joiners each year.
The Trust’s central team provides a wide range of services to its schools, one of these being finance. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and conscientious finance clerk to join our finance team.

We need someone who:
has a willingness to learn and to continuing their education
is looking to develop the skills and knowledge to further a career in finance
has knowledge of using Microsoft applications including spreadsheets and word processing packages.
has good communication skills
is reliable, conscientious and hardworking
